1.  The secretary oversees the security of the historical records of the congregation and its corporate seal.

2.  He shall take minutes of the meetings of the Voters' Assembly and of the Parish Planning Council.

3. He shall provide copies of the minutes to the officers, pastor(s), and Board heads as soon as possible. 

4.  He shall be the alternate signer to all financial accounts and authorized to function in the absence or incapacity of the Treasurer or Financial Secretary.

5.  He shall have such other duties as are customaily assigned to the secretary.
